U Kyaw Than Hlaing is an electronic engineering graduate and entrepreneur. He is also founder of Thit San Electronics, where he has worked for 37 years. His industry focus includes manufacturing, trading, and solar installation. His role at our company involves setting long-term goals for the development and deployment of new technologies, adopting renewable energy solutions and improving operational efficiency through technological innovation.

U Kyaw Lwin Phyo is the founder and Managing Director of Power Absolut Myanmar Co., Ltd. since 2016. He is an electronic engineering graduate with more than 10 years of experience in international companies, serving in M&E and senior roles in project management. He plays a critical role in driving technological innovation and processes, ensuring the scalability of energy solutions, and maintaining the company’s competitive edge. His responsibilities as CTO are multifaceted, encompassing both strategic and technical oversight.

U Myat Nyein Zaw is a graduate of Computer Technology and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in Power and Clean Energy, from NTU, Singapore. He is currently serving in a senior leadership role at our company, responsible for overseeing the engineering functions within the Lower Myanmar region.

U Wai Zin Min is an engineering graduate with 13 years of industrial experience at an Electrical Control Panel Factory, including his work with Alliance Power Solution Engineering Co., Ltd. He is currently serving as Project Director at the company’s head office, where he is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of renewable energy projects — from the planning and design phase through to implementation and final delivery.

U Aung Ko Ko is a graduate in Mechanical Power Engineering. He worked as a marine engineer and is currently the Director of Max Icon, a company specializing in architectural design and construction, PV systems, electrical systems, smart home solutions, and security systems. He serves in a senior leadership role at our company, overseeing the engineering functions within the Upper Myanmar region.

U Kyi Soe Hlaing is a graduate in Nuclear Technology and Engineering, with around two decades of experience in mobile phone tower construction, networking, hybrid PV solar systems, electrical systems, and smart home design and installation. He is currently serving as overseas Department Head of our company, specializing in overseas operations.

U Sai San Thein is a mechanical engineering graduate and entrepreneur. He is also the founder of Solar & Electronics, a refrigeration spare parts business named Sai San Thein & Family, which he has run for 24 years. He serves in a critical leadership role within our company, responsible for guiding the board’s activities, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the executive team. His role is primarily focused on overseeing board activities, managing relationships between stakeholders, and ensuring that our company operates in the best interests of its shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders.

Mr. Nyan Lin is the visionary founder and CEO of LUX Energy Co., Ltd., a leading solar distribution company dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions. With a deep-rooted passion for sustainability and a strong belief in the power of solar energy to transform the way we generate and consume electricity, Mr. Nyan Lin founded the company in 2022 with the goal of making solar energy more accessible and efficient for businesses, communities, and homeowners.

U Zaw Min Aung is the founder of Royal Smart Co., Ltd., which has over 20 years of experience in importing and trading of leading IT products in Myanmar. His role typically involves strategic planning, relationship-building, and driving growth initiatives for our organization.

U Than Htike is the founder of Convince Luxury Trading Co., Ltd., which was founded in 2011. The company’s product list includes SUNSHOW solar panels and related products, street lamps, dry batteries, gas stoves, rice cookers, refrigerators, air conditioners, air coolers, washing machines and more. His crucial role in our company’s supply chain includes facilitating the movement of goods from overseas.

U Kyaw Soe Win is a Mechatronic Engineering graduate and the founder of Solar Power Co., Ltd. His critical leadership role in our company includes driving the company’s growth, market presence, and long-term success within the renewable energy sector.

U Aung Aung is the founder of Accuracy Lighting Co., Ltd. His role at our company requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, relationship management, and project execution to successfully scale the business.

U Soe Win Aung is the founder of the leading IT distribution company in Myanmar, Shwe La Min Nagar Co., Ltd. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company. His role is to ensure that the company’s financial management practices are sound, transparent, and aligned with its strategic objectives. He works closely with management, especially the CFO, to review and approve financial strategies, budgets, reports, and investments.

Dr. Win Ye Khine is the founder and owner of Win Mart Electrical Control System, Win Mart Supermarket, Bangkok Hospital Office (Taungoo Branch), and Win PVC Pipe Production. He is also a director of Mandalar De Lana Co., Ltd., Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is a medical professional, entrepreneur, and a highly skilled and passionate electrician with extensive experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical control systems, generator systems, and solar energy installations. He is responsible for managing the financial operations of our company. His role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and long-term stability of our company.

U Aung Win is an Electronics Engineering graduate with 24 years of experience as a founding member of Triangle Links Engineering Co., Ltd. He is also an RSE in BS Electrical. He is currently serving as one of the Finance Directors and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial health is sound, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business goals.

U Min Aung Hein is a Computer Science graduate with years of experience in multiple industries, including distribution, construction, and real estate. His role at our company includes leading financial decisions and ensuring compliance.

U Wanna Phyo is an Electrical Engineering graduate with 20 years of experience in trading. He also has 3 years of experience in solar, battery, and inverter installations. He is currently serving as one of the Finance Directors and is responsible for ensuring that GU’s financial health is sound, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business goals.
