• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in residential products or services.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Solid understanding of residential solar products and energy efficiency solutions.

Gender: Male

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on renewable energy or solar energy projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing solar PV systems or energy-related projects is strongly preferred.

Gender: Female

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or an accounting-related diploma.
• Previous 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role in an industrial or project setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Gender: Female

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA, Finance, or a related field and/or an accounting-related diploma, preferably ACCA part 2 and above.
• Previous 5 years of experience in a leading accounting or finance role in an industrial or project setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• An interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Civil & Construction Management, or a related field. A diploma in Project Management or a similar certification is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
• Experience managing solar installation projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration.
