U Than Htay is a professional electronic engineer. He is also the founder and managing director of Yi Mon Electronic Co., Ltd since 1999. He currently serves as Chairman of the Renewable Energy Association Myanmar (2019 to date), Patron of the Solar Energy Group, Myanmar Industrial Association (2019 to date), and Central Committee Member of the Myanmar Industrial Association, UMFCCI (2021 to date).
U Tin Maung Maung is a professional electrical power engineer. He is also an Engineering Master’s graduate as well as an MBA graduate, and a Professional Engineer (Building Services, Electrical) PE. He has more than three decades of professional experience, including work in the government sector, international corporations and well-known local projects.
U Khin Maung Oo is a professional electrical power engineer. He is an ASEAN Registered Engineer, Professional Engineer (Building Services, Electrical) PE, Professional Engineer (Electrical Power) PE, ASEAN Charter Professional Engineer (Electrical), National Counterpart (Electrical) – CQHP and EI Special Grade. He has decades of consulting experience in national projects, numerous residential condominium projects, and power distribution system projects, working alongside an international expert team.
U Kyaw Than Hlaing is an electronic engineering graduate and entrepreneur. He is also founder of Thit San Electronics, where he has worked for 37 years. His industry focus includes manufacturing, trading, and solar installation. His role at our company involves setting long-term goals for the development and deployment of new technologies, adopting renewable energy solutions and improving operational efficiency through technological innovation.
U Sai San Thein is a mechanical engineering graduate and entrepreneur. He is also the founder of Solar & Electronics, a refrigeration spare parts business named Sai San Thein & Family, which he has run for 24 years. He serves in a critical leadership role within our company, responsible for guiding the board’s activities, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the executive team. His role is primarily focused on overseeing board activities, managing relationships between stakeholders, and ensuring that our company operates in the best interests of its shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders.
U Soe Win Aung is the founder of the leading IT distribution company in Myanmar, Shwe La Min Nagar Co., Ltd. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company. His role is to ensure that the company’s financial management practices are sound, transparent, and aligned with its strategic objectives. He works closely with management, especially the CFO, to review and approve financial strategies, budgets, reports, and investments.
